What we do
From raw business question to actionable reports

We team with the business users on their data visualization & insight challenge, uncovering the essence of what’s to be solved in a prioritized overview of use-cases. For the selected use-cases we explore the different possible solutions to crack the case from both a business & IT angle. We map out the detailed business processes behind each use-case covering the key dimensions: activity, people, tools, timing, data points. We create tailored mockups and prototypes, revealing already the first insights into the use case.

We iterate based on the generated insights at every stage, capturing user feedback on the delivered increments to pivot early-on where needed. Only when a prototype has proven its value, the effort is spent to mature it into a reproducible dashboard. This allows the business users to already adopt and use the report in their operations, while behind the scenes the data pipelines and scripts are readied into a production environment.
