• Define and safeguard the intellectual structure and operational rhythm within your domain
• Proactively identify risks, and contribute to planning, prioritization, and de-risking
• Engage confidently with middle management and senior client stakeholders as a trusted domain advisor
• Understand organizational dynamics and use your awareness of client organizational dynamics to guide delivery and influence decisions effectively.
• Deepen expertise and contribute to the firm through training, knowledge sharing, and intellectual property development.
• Support and coach multiple consultants through reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharing

• Grow through a Personal Development Plan, supported by your Coach, your trusted HR Business Partner, and your Career Sponsor
• Master domain ownership by combining deep expertise with delivery leadership and coaching
• Act as a go-to subject matter expert and de facto authority within your domain
• Progress towards Domain Expert roles by consistently driving impact and guiding others

• Hold a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Bring deep expertise in a relevant technical domain and experience across multiple projects
• Deliver high-quality, reliable solutions while maintaining domain-level oversight
• Interact independently and confidently with client middle management and senior stakeholders
• Can identify, flag, and mitigate technical, delivery, or team-related risks
• Enjoy coaching and guiding colleagues
• Understand organizational dynamics and can use that awareness to influence delivery and decisions
• Are fluent in either Dutch or French and have a solid understanding of the other language; strong English skills are required
