• Contribute hands-on to client projects, taking ownership of concrete technical responsibilities within client teams from day one, in areas such as software development, data engineering, or data science
• Build, maintain, and improve operational deliverables such as code, data pipelines, dashboards, or system analyses, with a strong focus on quality, structure, and maintainability
• Work closely within client environments (on-site or hybrid), acting as a reliable and professional team member in day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal experts, actively learning through feedback, peer review, and coaching from senior consultants
• Apply your technical expertise to deliver tangible results that directly support the client’s operational and business objectives

• We’re looking for Master’s graduates in Computer Science, Engineering Science, Data Science, or related fields who:
• Are technically sharp, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in complex technical environments
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders
• Take ownership of tasks and follow through reliably, escalating issues when needed
• Are motivated to build a career as a technical expert at the intersection of business and technology
• Are fluent in Dutch or French with solid comprehension of the other language, and have a strong command of English
