• Proactively identify and mitigate technical, delivery, and team-related risks
• Coach and support junior expert consultants through guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing

• Hold a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Bring strong expertise in a relevant technical domain with hands-on delivery experience
• Maintain architectural overview while delivering high-quality, robust solutions
• Communicate confidently with both IT and business stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks and adapt to evolving context and requirements
• Enjoy coaching and developing junior colleagues
• Are fluent in either Dutch or French and have a solid understanding of the other language; strong English skills are required
