• Take ownership of a technical module, delivering robust, production-ready solutions
• Create qualitative client-facing deliverables (code, data pipelines, dashboards) independently
• Organize updates, next steps, and documentation in a clear, reproducible way
• Engage with client stakeholders professionally, explaining technical decisions and trade-offs in an understandable way
• Act as a fully integrated member of the client team, contributing to operational and strategic discussions
• Help onboard and support new colleagues, sharing knowledge and guidance

• We’re searching for Masters in Computer Science, Engineering Science, Data Science, or related fields with already a first professional experience, or candidates with a PhD in these fields. Who:
• Are technically strong, independent, and committed to high-quality, production-ready outcomes
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in complex technical environments
• Act professionally, reliably, and as a constructive team player, exceeding expectations
• Understand client context and can see the bigger picture beyond your own module
• Are fluent in Dutch or French with solid comprehension of the other language, and have a strong command of English
