Addestino is growing rapidly and is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to take our branding to the next level. In this role, you are the creative driving force behind our brand and identity. You ensure that our branding, both internally and externally, is stylish, consistent, and inspiring.

You ensure that everything we communicate, from social media to events, makes a lasting impression:

Branding & Content

• You conceptualize, design, and create visuals, social posts, videos, presentations, and flyers that stand out and reflect our premium brand identity.
• You actively contribute ideas on style, design, and content to strengthen and elevate our brand.
• You translate trends and ideas into fresh, creative concepts that inspire

Marketing & Campus Recruitment

• You develop original concepts for job fairs and campus events
• You propose designs for premium booths, gadgets, and experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors
• You turn ideas into impactful visuals and interactive experiences

Event Management

• You organize fun events together with HR (including team activities with a WOW factor)
• You take ownership of client events from A to Z, delivering stylish, distinctive, and high-quality experiences.

Employer Branding

• You think strategically about our positioning as an employer.
• You take the lead in initiating and developing creative campaigns that elevate our employer brand.
• You turn data and insights into actionable ideas and high-impact campaigns.
• You are an inspiring copywriter and own our social media, website, and newsletters.

Customer Branding

• You create and develop innovative concepts for customer-focused communication, bringing them to life through compelling visuals and experiences.
• You safeguard a consistent and memorable style and message across all touchpoints.

Corporate Communication

• You make corporate communication clear, engaging, and visually appealing
• You design presentations for our executives that help them shine

• You hold a Master’s degree in Media & Communication (or a related field) and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• You write fluently and with flair in Dutch and English (French is a plus) and know exactly how to make communication stand out
• You are creative, hands-on, and up to date with the latest marketing trends. Social media, design tools, and content creation hold no secrets for you
• You work in a structured and result-oriented way, take ownership, and are not afraid to think critically
• You are a true team player and can easily switch between creative projects and practical HR support, making you a versatile contributor within Addestino
• You effortlessly create strong, impressive PowerPoint presentations
