As a Strategy Lead Consultant at Addestino, you’ll take ownership of key workstreams, drive real impact, and help translate strategy into action — ready to shape decisions that matter?

• Own multiple workstreams or analysis areas, ensuring insights are correct, complete, and strategically relevant
• Maintain the strategic overview across modules, connecting findings and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Build compelling storylines that translate insights into actionable, client-ready recommendations
• Lead workshops and facilitate discussions, interacting confidently with client management
• Identify and address content or team-related risks, steering the project team as needed
• Support proposal creation and knowledge sharing, contributing to the continuous improvement of Addestino’s methodology
• Coach colleagues across projects, providing feedback, reviewing work, and helping them develop their thinking

• Expand consulting, analytical, and client-facing skills through complex project challenges and hands-on client interactions

• Experienced professionals with a strong background in strategy, preferably in consulting, holding a Master’s or PhD degree in Science Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field Who:
• Are able to deliver high-quality content and ensure insights are correct, complete, and strategically relevant
• Can demonstrate structured thinking and strategic judgment, and communicate confidently with senior client stakeholders
• Take ownership in managing risks and steering project outcomes, with the ambition to grow into formal leadership roles
• Are fluent in Dutch or French and have solid comprehension of the other language; a strong command of English is also required
