• Take full ownership of a specific part of a project, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, complete, and insightful
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses with robust Excel models, overdelivering using Addestino methodology
• Engage confidently with clients through interviews, workshops, and project discussions; produce client-ready output with minimal rework
• Translate data, business issues, and insights into strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making
• Assist in commercial activities, such as proposals or knowledge sharing
• Mentor and onboard new colleagues, helping them develop professionally
• Build strong client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact within your workstream and team

We’re searching for Masters in Science Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields, with already a first professional experience, or candidates with a PhD in these fields. Who:

• Work independently with strong attention to detail
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicate professionally and confidently with clients
• Are fluent in either Dutch or French and have solid comprehension of the other language; a strong command of English is also required
