• From day one, work at the heart of transformation initiatives, helping clients move from idea to execution
• Support hands-on execution, structuring actions, clarifying priorities, and driving progress while identifying risks and bottlenecks
• Translate discussions and workshops into clear priorities, decisions, and next steps
• Bring structure to complex transformation topics and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Operate in dynamic, client-facing environments and develop a practical understanding of business, technology, and operations

• We’re looking for Master’s graduates in Engineering Science, Business Engineering, or related fields who are at the start of their professional career.
• Curious, precise, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and quality
• Open to coaching and feedback
• Motivated to build a career at the intersection of business and technology
• Are fluent in either Dutch or French and have a solid understanding of the other language; strong English skills are required
