As a Transformation Engagement Manager, you lead end-to-end delivery, act as a trusted partner for senior client stakeholders, and coach high-performing teams — all while expanding your leadership impact and shaping meaningful change.

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of transformation projects or major subprograms, ensuring measurable operational impact
• Design the delivery approach, build and lead the project team, and act as the key operational partner for the client
• Own scope, timing, budget, and delivery outcomes while ensuring sustainable team performance
• Translate complex client expectations into clear structures, workstreams, and execution plans
• Orchestrate delivery across streams by monitoring progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment
• Lead project governance, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and establish a clear operational rhythm that keeps projects moving forward
• Proactively identify and address delivery risks and resolve challenges across teams and stakeholders
• Lead and coach Lead Consultants and Consultants, reviewing deliverables and strengthening their leadership and coaching capabilities
• Maintain trusted working relationships with client VPs and senior management
• Support Partners & Principals in broader initiatives by taking full ownership of project delivery

• You hold a Master’s or PhD degree in Science Engineering, Business Engineering or related fields.
• Have extensive experience in transformation, change, or large-scale operational programs
• Own complex delivery with confidence across multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Coach and mentor consultants while maintaining high delivery standards
• Engage effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
• Are fluent in Dutch or French, with solid comprehension of the other language; strong English skills are required
