As a Transformation Lead Consultant, you’ll take charge of end-to-end delivery, guide stakeholders toward alignment, and drive execution with confidence—while coaching your team and building strong client partnerships. • Own and lead transformation workstreams with full accountability for delivery and outcomes
• Drive client interaction, facilitating meetings, workshops, and follow-ups independently
• Create and drive key artefacts (dashboards, trackers, governance materials) to steer decisions and execution
• Translate complexity into outcomes, aligning stakeholders and managing dependencies
• Identify and act on risks and gaps in content, alignment, tooling, or team setup
• Coach and develop Consultants or Senior Consultants, reviewing deliverables and providing guidance
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a reliable advisor for your workstream

• Grow from delivery lead to transformation leader, owning full workstreams while balancing execution with coaching
• Deepen stakeholder and business expertise through hands-on exposure to complex transformation programs

• You hold a Master and/or PhD in Science Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields
• Have several years of experience in transformation, change, or large-scale operational programs
• Own end-to-end workstreams with full accountability
• Engage independently with clients, including middle management and senior operational leaders
• Bring structure to complex, ambiguous environments and address risks or misalignment proactively
• Are fluent in either Dutch or French and have a solid comprehension of the other language; a strong command of English is also required
